Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

24 hour notice is required for canceling or rescheduling appointments for a later date. I understand that certain situations require flexibility. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you. Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute and/or no show may be denied future service or be required to leave credit card information on file for cancellation charges.
